Returning Your Gcgirl Products Crafted with Love

At GCgirl, we take pride in crafting our products with love and meticulous attention to detail. While we aim for perfection, we understand that sometimes things may not meet your expectations. If you find yourself less than 100% in love with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 business days from the order delivery date.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

To start the return/exchange process, please follow these steps:

Make sure to include the following details in your request:

  • Order number
  • Name of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reasons for the return/exchange
  • Photos of the item(s) clearly showing the item(s) and the attached tags.

Ensure that the photos clearly display the tags attached to the item(s) to facilitate a smooth return process. We will process your request within 24 hours and provide further instructions.

Return Guidelines

  • Returns are accepted for Gift Card or Exchange Only.
  • Returned styles may be rejected if they do not meet the following requirements:
    • The item is unworn and in the original condition with all tags attached.
    • No marks or stains, including makeup and spray tan.
    • Hygiene stickers must be intact for swimwear.
    • No odor, including deodorant, perfume, body odor, or washing powder.
    • Earrings are non-returnable (for hygiene reasons).
    • Accessories (press-on nails, necklaces, gloves, and leggings) are non-returnable.
    • A receipt and proof of purchase are required.
  • The return address is in New Jersey, USA. Please do not send packages to the waybill address, as they will be refused.

Return Process

Once we confirm the correct return of the item, a gift card will be emailed to the address attached to the order, valid for 12 months.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange for a more expensive product, you’ll need to pay the price difference. If the replacement item is less expensive, we’ll email you a gift card with the difference value.

Faulty Item

We take pride in delivering perfect pieces, but if you receive a faulty item, please notify us within 7 business days of delivery. We’ll either replace the item or provide a gift card of the same value. Faulty problems include broken holes, unsewn seams, and damaged segments.

GCgirl reserves the right to address any other faults or issues not mentioned above.

Important Notes

  • Keep the tracking information for your return package for a smooth process.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs, and we are unable to provide shipping labels.

Final Sale Items

Final Sale styles are last chance styles, marked to clear, and not eligible for return unless confirmed faulty by our team. Unauthorized returns of Final Sale items will be refused and returned to the sender.

Lost Items

GCgirl is not responsible for customs fees, taxes, or any misplaced, lost, or stolen items. We are also not responsible for any incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
