Return refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be returned to your account according to the original payment method, and the processing time is usually about 7 working days.
Exchange process:

Return the goods: After receiving the exchange confirmation, you need to send the original goods back and provide relevant logistics information.
